That is why we build with a compass. With every automation and every line of code, we ask ourselves the same question: does this make human work better, or does it make people unnecessary? Only the first carries our name.

The team behind bynd.
Bynd. was founded in 2020 by Olaf van de Sande, built on years of experience in business development, marketing and e-commerce. In the years that followed, bynd. evolved alongside the market, continuously refining its approach and expanding its perspective on how businesses can grow and operate more effectively.
When OpenAI released ChatGPT at the end of 2022 and AI became accessible to everyone, bynd. shifted its focus towards this technology. Now, in 2026, a different side of AI is becoming increasingly visible: more companies are using it to replace people rather than empower them. This is where bynd's mission begins, to show that there is another way.
Our team combines broad experience in helping businesses grow, streamline operations and become more effective. Not from theory, but from practice. This combination of knowledge and experience forms the foundation of everything we build.
What connects us is one belief: AI can make human work better when it is used with the right intention. Bynd. does not innovate blindly. We build towards a future where humans and AI move forward together, in a way that is responsible, meaningful and worth standing behind.
