bynd. is a sole proprietorship of Olaf van de Sande, located at Vrolikstraat 289-2 in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77507819. Through gobynd.io you can fill in a questionnaire and book a call. Doing so, you leave a few details behind. This page states exactly which ones, what happens to them and how you get rid of them again. No legal fog, just what is going on.
1. Which data we collect
If you fill in the questionnaire, we record your name, your email address and your answers: which tasks cost time, what your most important task is and which systems you work with.
If you book a call, it concerns your name, your company name, your email address, the time you choose and the short explanation you include.
2. What we do with it
- Turn your answers into tailored advice and email it to you.
- Put a booked call in the calendar and send you an invitation with a Teams link.
- Contact you to follow up on your request.
- Sharpen our offering, only based on numbers that cannot be traced back to you.
3. Who else sees it
We do not sell anything on. To make the above work we use a number of services that process your data on our behalf, and nothing more:
- n8n processes the request and directs the services below.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes the advice. Your answers may be processed on servers outside the EU and are not used to train AI models.
- Google (Sheets) keeps track of the requests.
- Microsoft (Outlook) sends the email and schedules the appointment.
Each of these parties has its own privacy and security commitments they adhere to.
4. How long we keep it
As long as your request is running and as long as we stay in touch. Want your data gone sooner, let us know and it will be removed within 30 days. Only when the law requires us to keep something longer, we do.
5. Security
All traffic between your browser and our systems runs encrypted through TLS, and we take the usual technical and organisational measures to keep your data protected.
6. Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict the processing, take your data with you or object. One email is enough, we respond within 30 days.
If we cannot work it out together, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Why we are allowed to do this
You give consent the moment you submit the questionnaire or the booking form. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in following up on your request properly.
